Well, the National Association of Realtors is reading the data and telling us that we have reached a bottom; that price reductions in most markets around the nation have stabilized. Is this true here? We are still seeing price reductions but nothing as dramatic in terms of numbers and frequency as Fall 08' to the early part of this year. If the number of sales increased all of a sudden, I would believe that we are at a bottom but it doesn't feel like we're quite there.
Currently we have 221 homes and 122 condos on the market.
We have seen 54 homes and 10 condos sell year to date.
